The tradition of Potomac Glen Riding School has been part. of the Montgomery County horse community since 1963.

We are a junior equestrian center specializing in the thorough training of beginning, novice and intermediate riders. Interested senior riders continue training in balance seat equitation, in preparation for college teams and use their riding skills and years of accumulated knowledge in an apprenticeship program for the training of riding instructors and barn managers.

Our graduates are well prepared and ready to meet the rigors of certification courses and testing with national & international organizations.

Potomac Glen Riding school networks with many top trainers. Our graduates are found around the world and include a member of the Irish Equestrian team, some of our areas best loved coaches and stable owners and some great riders now coaching and riding on college and university teams.
